History

The original building was constructed in 1880 as a blacksmith shop. In the years that followed it became a military production company that made items mostly for WWII. There was a machine shop that existed for many years and is now recently closed. The clients have heard footsteps on many occassions, and dogs in the building act strange and chase something that the people can not see. A wheelchair has moved on its own and fans turn on and off by themselves.

Investigation

The team had several personal experiences during the investigation including feeling cold spots, hearing disembodied voices and unexplained bangs, and several researchers witnessed a shadow figure moving past the windows.

"Yeah"

Spirit Agrees

Recorded during our preliminary investigation, a female voice is heard saying "yeah" just as the client tells Joanne about moving out of the location.   Joanne asks the female spirit known to inhabit the office not to drain her camera batteries during the investigation. This is followed by a disembodied female voice making a sound of agreement.

"Yes"

"Help"

Ken asks if the spirit is African-American. After a long pause a voice whispers "yes".   While conducting an EVP session using a Frank's Box, a voice appears to say "help".

"Ted"

"Hello there"

Also during the Frank's Box session, Joanne asks for the spirit to say it's name. A male voice cleary says "Ted".   As the team sets up in one of the buildings, a disembodied male voice appears to say "hello there".

Whistling

Bang

Clear whistling was recorded in one of the buildings. The team confirmed that no one was whistling during the investigation.   An example of the many unexplained bangs that the team heard during the investigation.

Child's Voice

"No!"

Michael asks if the spirit wants them to follow it. This is followed by a child's voice. There were no children present.   Mike asks if the spirit can come to the nurses room. This is followed by a voice saying, "No!"

Strange Voice

Female Voice

A strange male voice is recorded in the shipping area. This area was empty at the time.   As Pat and Rob are talking about humidity levels they hear a disembodied female voice.

"No"

Cry

As Pat clears her throat a female voice loudly whispers "no".   The team hears a strange cry.

Another "No"

The team hears a long cry saying "Nooooo".

Video Evidence

What sounds like a dog bark is recorded in the office. No animals were present.

A light anomaly is captured flying straight from left to right in the office. This has been determined not to be dust.

The team hears a loud ban behind them in the office.   Same as the EVP above, the team hears a strange cry.
