History
In the early 1980's an archeological dig was conducted in the area where this private residence currently exists. It was discovered that a group of unknown people resided on that land. 25,000 items were found such as knifes, charcoal, charred hickory nuts, various projectiles and most interesting...foundations meaning these people were permanent residents. Carbon dating dates the site to about 3,700 years ago. This area was way later inhabited by Unami Indians, who were peaceful but eventually the area was turned into farmland, with several farmhouses that have either burnt down in the late 1970's or were all knocked down in the 80's to make room for new homes.
This clients have recently reported witnessing multiple apparitions including that of a man crouched down in a corner, and another partial apparition of legs walking down the hall and vanishing. The family are also bothered at night by unexplained bangs, wraps and footsteps.
Investigation
During the investigation the team did not encounter any overt paranormal activity. They did find mouse droppings in the attic, which could explain some of the noises in the walls at night that the clients have experienced. However, upon reviewing their evidence the team found that they had captured several Class-A EVP's which seem to indicate a female presence. They also photographed a moving black mass and captured unusual light anomalies on full-spectrum video.

Note: Most researchers do not consider orb photos evidence of paranormal activity. Airborne particles such as dust, pollen and moisture can cause "false positives". While we agree that most "orbs" can be explained naturally, we have found in our research that a small percentage of "orbs" do seem to correlate to paranormal activity. Therefore, we will post orb photos that we feel may be significant, but we do not claim that they are evidence of paranormal activity.

| A female voice is captured in the basement as Investigator Jennfer gets up to move from one side of the room to the other. The voice chants a sing-song "Closer to you, closer to me" which is repeated twice. This Class-A EVP was captured by three seperate recorders and one video camera. | The same female voice captured by a second recorder. In this recording we more clearly capture the second half of the EVP when Jennifer gets up and trips on the carpet. This time we clearly hear the same voice giggle at Jennifer tripping. Not only is this exciting because it indicates an intelligent haunting, but with the different recorders captuing the voice we were able to triangulate it's location which was next to Jennifer, then when she moved away and tripped the giggle was more clearly heard on Chris's recorder. | |
