Activity Reported: This two-story farm house was constructed in 1847 for the daughters of Elias Cole, the namesake of nearby Colesville, NJ. The current residents have resided there for ten years and have witnessed numerous events. Objects have gone missing only to reappear at a later date. People can be heard whispering throughout the house when no one else is there, and several apparitions have been seen, including that of an older man, a young boy, and three women -- two of whom appear to be the Cole sisters themselves, while the third resembles a woman who passed away a few years ago.
Investigation Summation: Overall this investigation was relatively quiet, yet we did manage to capture several positive photos and video clips. We also captured one odd audio recording where something appears to have physically tapped a digital audio recorder when no one was around. At one point while in the basement an investigator measured a significant temperature drop while another investigator captured two back-to back orb photos in the same area. We feel that the location exhibits some spiritual activity and we hope to return for a follow-up in the near future.

While recording
audio outside by the shed we captured what sounds like something
physically tapping the digital audio recorder. The two researchers
present were standing about twenty feet away and no one else was near the
recorder at the time. The recorder also appeared to have been
undisturbed. |

During our preliminary investigation we captured what sounds like an old woman saying "Help". This was captured outside near the barn which is isolated, and no one else was around at the time. 12/8/04 -- Mark J. |
