History
This historic home in Woodbury was originally built in 1884. The current family has lived there for seven years, and started experiencing activity during the first year. The family has wake up to the smell of smoke or fire and there is none. The stove goes on by itself, and the dryer door opened on its own. The dog hides under bed, and one family member wakes up throughout the night with bad nightmares. Another family member heard a voice telling him to "get out" of his room, while an apparition of a man in "colonial" dress has also been seen.
Investigation
The investigators present did not have many personal experiences during the investigation, although a high amount of EVP's were recorded. The team did notice that there was an unusually high amount of EMF eminating throughout most of the house. This is probably caused by older wiring. Some team members did occassionally hear odd sounds during the investigation. While there was a lot of noise contamination from a nearby freight train rolling through, and even a fireworks show -- the team still managed to record several Class-A evps.
