History
This 127 year Victorian has lots of history. The reports are voices, footsteps, touching, full body apparition of a 6'3 man in a tuxedo and the client was pushed off a chair. The "butler" has actually been seen on several occasions by different people. Back in the 1800's the upper floor would have been the service quarters so we think this could be residual as he is often seen traveling down the stairs between floors.
Investigation
This was a relatively quiet investigation, although the team did experience a flashlight seemingly turning on by itself. Several EVP's were recorded both during the investigation and during the preliminary investigation the month before.
